Multiple redirect URIs and token refresh for OAuth apps

GitHub announced three OAuth and GitHub App platform updates: expiring access tokens with refresh, multiple redirect URIs (up to 10), and optional wildcard matching for redirect URIs, all coming to GitHub Enterprise Server 3.23.
